'Ello!

Welcome IComLeavWe'ers! This is my second month to participate. You can a see a brief summary of my journey on the left. I've had a few miscarriages, a diagnosis of MTHFR, and good 'ol PCOS. I haven't been able to get pregnant for over a year now and we are considering trying to live child-free (not by choice, of course.)

This has been a relative new idea for us but we are still working out the logistics. My husband is a plumber/pipefitter (not the kind with the saggin pants fixing your toliet.) He works with a mechanical company that builds hospitals, plumbing and pipefitting the med gas and all that fun stuff. I'm a nanny, student and part time neonatology tech. I'm going to school to be a pharmacist or some kind of bad ass chemist.

In the last few months our life goals have really changed. I was going to school to be a nurse (most money for least education) so I could have 4 days free to spend with all the babies I was planning on having. :) My husband pushed me to do more... so here I am! We also wanted to eventually buy a huge ranch style home with a little land. Now we are looking forward to buying an amazing penthouse in downtown someday. We also weren't animal people... we've both not had pets since childhood and had no desire to have one. 2 1/2 weeks ago we watched Marley and Me. Now we have our first furbaby, Lily. You can see her pictures below this post.

Thanks for stopping by! If you are living child free not by choice or thinking about it, please leave me a link so I can find you!
